There are two crimp shoulders in our pistol Bullet Seating Dies. The first shoulder applies a slight taper crimp and the second shoulder applies a full roll crimp. The closer the die is adjusted to the shell holder the heavier the crimp will be.

Lee Undersize Flash Hole Universal Decapping Die, an absolute must for those who clean cases before reloading. Cases need not be clean nor lubed when using this die. Cases are not sized at all, only deprimed. Works on boxer-primed undersized flash hole brass only. Fits cases up to .560″ in diameter and up to 3.125″ long.

Pin diameter .055″

While this is listed as a Universal die, it is not recommended for use with .17 or .20 caliber cases.

Works the same as the pistol powder through expanding die, except it doesn’t expand the case mouth. Rifle case expansion is done in the sizing die. You need to chamfer the inside of the case mouth if you are not using boat tail bullets.

For cases .860 to 1.760 inches long, use 90668 Short Charging Die.

This die is used to charge small capacity rifle cases ranging from .860″ to 1.760″ in length using the Auto-Disk, the Pro Auto Disk and Auto Drum powder measures. It works the same as the pistol powder through expanding dies except it doesn’t expand the case mouth. Rifle case expansion is normally done in the sizing die. You need to chamfer the inside of the case mouth if you are not using boat tail bullets.

For cases 1.760 to 2.620 inches long, use 90194 Long Charging Die.

Steel die comes packaged in a plastic storage case.
